Delivery information

These delivery charges are calculated during the checkout process. All order values and delivery charges include VAT. Standard delivery charges apply to UK Mainland only.

Additional Delivery Charges

    • Delivery to some Scottish Islands and Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland will attract an over water surcharge.
    • Orders in excess of 5kg in weight may be subject to an additional carriage charge.

Any additional charges will be advised after receipt of your order. The order will not be processed or charged to you until confirmation is received that the delivery charge is accepted.

Our standard delivery service is Next Working Day on all orders which are Ex Stock at our HQ warehouse. Delivery to Scottish Highland areas, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and some Scottish Islands may be 2/3 days.

Most of our deliveries are despatched via a contracted carrier who requires a valid signature from a person aged 16 years or over, as proof of delivery. If there is nobody present at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left by the delivery person advising if a further attempt is to be made, or giving contact details of the carriers local depot in order that you can make alternative arrangements.

Special instructions can be entered in the “Additional Details” box on the checkout page, e.g. if you want your order leaving with a neighbour.

Special Delivery Services

Timed deliveries e.g. “Saturday before noon”, can be arranged at an extra cost. If a special delivery is required please contact us, we will try to help.
