Christmas Opening
 Our telephone customer service lines, shop and the despatch of goods will all close at 1pm Thursday 24th December 2009 and we will reopen 9am Monday 4th January 2010. Our website will be open as usual over the Christmas period and orders can be placed throughout this time. Orders that are placed over the Christmas period will be processed Monday 4th January and despatch times should be taken from this date.


• U.K. orders for stock items are normally dispatched within one to two working days and should be received by you within 2 to 3 days of placing your order.
• Standard delivery is FREE for orders of £70.00 and over.
• The standard delivery charge of £4.50 applies to orders under £70.00
• Items marked with a collection icon are available for collection from our trade counter at Hayes. Please telephone in advance to ensure your purchase is ready for you on arrival.
• Currently next working day delivery destinations are limited to UK Mainland addresses.
• Remote, offshore and Northern Ireland do not qualify for free delivery and may take up to four extra days to be delivered. We will advise the extra costs incurred before dispatch.
• Certain large or heavy items may incur a surcharge. This will be advised before dispatch. For health and safety reasons and to avoid damage items in excess of 20kg can only be delivered to a ground floor location at the delivery address.
• International orders are normally dispatched within two to three days from clearance of payment. Expected delivery dates are dependant on weight and destination.
• In the event that all or part of your order is not available, we shall notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. Items that are non stock or special order are normally dispatched within seven days. We will keep you informed about items on longer deliveries. We will always try to ensure that delivery times are maintained but any dates we specify are approximate and we will not be held liable for any delays.
• Manufacturer direct delivery is a special order delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. As this is a special order any returns will attract a 20% restocking charge.
• Any damage or shortages should be noted on the carriers delivery note. Please inform us by e-mail, fax or post within seven days. We cannot accept any liability unless we are notified within seven days of delivery.
• Orders that have been dispatched to the correct delivery address and subsequently returned as undeliverable are subject to a refund of the value of the goods only, less any return carriage charge levied by the carriers.
