Semi-Permanent Non-Silicone Release Agent

* Non-silicone, semi-permanent release agent formulated to release a wide variety of synthetic rubbers and many thermoplastics, such as polypropylene and polyethylene
* Forms a thin, inert and thermally stable coating, from which multiple releases can be expected.
* Fast cure time. Moulding can commence 5 – 10 minutes after application
* Performance can be enhanced by re-coating once a few releases have been made
* Very low mould build up
* No film transfer to moulded parts
* Operational to 250°C
